How do I care for my Ella&No pieces?
Our pieces are designed to last. Most can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate cycle at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying to preserve their shape and materials. Specific care instructions are provided on the label of each garment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of your purchase. After this time, the order will already be in preparation.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days after receipt to return an unworn item with its original tags intact. Exchanges are processed as a priority. Sale or personalized items are not eligible for return. Contact us to initiate your return.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time via the provided link.
